1. BaZi charting, chart display, five-element analysis, Ten Gods analysis, luck cycles, annual/monthly/daily cycles, and related metaphysics content;
2. AI Lite readings, AI Standard readings, AI Premium readings, and other AI reports;
3. Ask Tongzi, AI follow-up questions, daily AI insights, and other AI Q&A content;
4. Divination draws, divination sayings, AI divination interpretations, AI hexagram interpretations, hexagram readings, saying interpretations, and related content;
5. Daily sayings, auspicious direction features, rules-based daily fortune content, traditional calendrical and directional reference content;
6. Manual Master Readings, master opinions, human review, and reports generated or edited through the master workbench;
7. Any traditional cultural, metaphysics, AI, or assisted analysis content displayed in the App or on the website.

This Disclaimer forms part of the Terms of Use. If this Disclaimer overlaps with the Terms of Use, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy, or other specific rules, those documents should be read together.

2. Nature of the Services: Cultural and Reference Use

The BaZi, metaphysics, divination sayings, divination draws, AI hexagram/divination interpretations, Ask Tongzi, AI readings, daily insights, auspicious direction features, and Manual Master Readings provided by Tao Boy are for traditional cultural experience, personal reflection, entertainment reference, and general informational purposes.

Such content may be based on traditional metaphysics systems, calendrical rules, experiential patterns, symbolic interpretation, text generation, AI reasoning, human interpretation, or a combination of methods. Its expressions may be symbolic, inspirational, inferential, experiential, or interpretative, and must not be understood as deterministic predictions or factual guarantees.

We do not guarantee that any metaphysics assessment, AI output, hexagram interpretation, divination saying interpretation, Manual Master Reading, or directional suggestion will be accurate, complete, error-free, suitable for your particular purpose, or correspond to actual future events.

3. AI 生成内容的限制

3. Limitations of AI-Generated Content

Some content in the Services is generated by AI models, rules engines, prompts, algorithms, backend configurations, or a combination of them. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, missing information, repetitive, logically inconsistent, interpretatively biased, linguistically biased, culturally biased, overgeneralised, or inconsistent with user expectations.

Tao Boy may use different AI models, third-party model providers, prompts, parameters, rules engines, and post-processing workflows. To improve quality, safety, stability, cost control, and user experience, we may adjust models, providers, parameters, prompts, output structures, style, length, safety rules, or generation workflows from time to time. As a result, even if the same birth information, chart data, question, or context is entered, AI-generated content may differ across different times.

AI outputs do not represent definitive opinions of the platform, masters, developers, or any third party, and should not be treated as professional advice, factual conclusions, or inevitable outcomes. Users should independently assess the applicability of AI content and make decisions in light of real-world circumstances, common sense, and professional advice.

4. AI 解卦、摇签与签语的特别说明

AI 解卦、AI 解签、摇签、签语、卦象解释和相关内容，属于传统文化、象征解释、个人反思和娱乐参考用途。相关内容通常基于用户问题、签文、卦象、传统解释框架、AI 生成能力和系统提示词综合生成。

4. AI 解卦、搖籤與籤語的特別說明

AI 解卦、AI 解籤、搖籤、籤語、卦象解釋和相關內容，屬於傳統文化、象徵解釋、個人反思和娛樂參考用途。相關內容通常基於使用者問題、籤文、卦象、傳統解釋框架、AI 生成能力和系統提示詞綜合生成。

AI 解卦或解籤不應被理解為神諭、必然預言、專業判斷、命令、保證或確定性結果。使用者不應基於 AI 解卦、籤語或卦象解釋直接作出醫療、法律、金融、投資、婚姻、移民、就業、安全、人身關係或其他重大決定。

若 AI 解卦、AI 解籤或籤語內容與使用者現實情況不符、表達模糊、觀點不同、側重點不同、未能解決使用者問題或使用者主觀不滿意，通常不構成技術性失敗。若出現嚴重亂碼、空白輸出、明顯系統錯誤、重複扣費未生成、內容與請求完全無關等情況，使用者可按照 APP 內客服或退款與取消政策申請核查。

4. Special Notice for AI Divination, Hexagrams, and Sayings

AI divination interpretations, AI saying interpretations, divination draws, divination sayings, hexagram interpretations, and related content are for traditional cultural, symbolic interpretation, personal reflection, and entertainment reference purposes. Such content is generally generated based on the user's question, saying text, hexagram, traditional interpretation frameworks, AI generation capability, and system prompts.

AI divination or saying interpretation must not be understood as an oracle, inevitable prophecy, professional judgment, instruction, guarantee, or deterministic outcome. Users must not rely directly on AI divination, sayings, or hexagram interpretations to make medical, legal, financial, investment, marriage, immigration, employment, safety, relationship, or other major decisions.

If AI divination, AI saying interpretation, or divination content does not match the user's real-life circumstances, is ambiguous, expresses a different view, has a different focus, does not solve the user's issue, or causes subjective dissatisfaction, this generally does not constitute technical failure. If there is severe garbling, blank output, obvious system error, duplicate charge without generation, content completely unrelated to the request, or similar issues, the user may request review through in-app support or under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

本服务不提供也不替代以下任何专业服务或意见：

5. Marriage counselling, family therapy, employment counselling, education planning, religious guidance, or other services requiring professional qualifications.

6. Emergencies and High-Risk Situations

The Services are not designed for emergency assistance, crisis intervention, medical emergencies, self-harm risk, risk of harming others, violence risk, legal deadlines, major financial risk, or other high-risk situations.

If you or another person is in immediate danger, facing a medical emergency, suicide or self-harm risk, risk of harming others, domestic violence, criminal threat, or another emergency, you must immediately contact local emergency services, medical providers, crisis hotlines, law enforcement, or other qualified professionals.

Do not wait for an AI response, master response, report generation, or customer support handling to address an emergency.

7. 人工批命的限制

7. Limitations of Manual Master Readings

Manual Master Readings are provided by masters or human service providers based on user-submitted information, traditional metaphysics systems, Four Pillars/BaZi, five-element energy, personal experience, and service descriptions. Manual Master Readings generally involve more human participation and a more structured delivery process, but they remain traditional cultural reference services.

Manual Master Readings do not guarantee user satisfaction, future event occurrence, changes in real-world outcomes, or medical, legal, financial, psychological, marriage, immigration, employment, education, or other professional advice.

Master opinions may differ due to schools of thought, experience, analytical angles, completeness of information, and user questions. Users should not treat Manual Master Readings as the sole basis for decision-making.

8. 用户资料准确性

本服务的排盘、AI 输出、AI 解卦、AI 批命和人工批命高度依赖用户提交的信息，包括出生日期、出生时间、出生地点、性别、命盘资料、问题背景、当前处境和其他上下文。

8. Accuracy of User Information

The charting, AI outputs, AI divination interpretations, AI readings, and Manual Master Readings in the Services depend heavily on information submitted by users, including birth date, birth time, birth location, gender, chart data, question background, current circumstances, and other context.

Users should verify that submitted information is truthful, accurate, and complete. If user input is incorrect, incomplete, ambiguous, misleading, or uses another person's information without authorisation, charting, interpretations, reports, or suggestions may be affected. Result deviations caused by user information issues generally do not constitute platform service errors.

9. 用户责任与独立判断

用户应以理性、审慎和自我负责的方式理解和使用本服务内容。您应自行判断内容是否适合您的实际情况，并结合现实信息、个人经验、专业建议和法律要求作出决定。

您理解并同意，因您依赖本服务内容而作出的选择、行动、不行动、交易、沟通、关系处理、健康处理、法律处理、投资安排、职业安排或其他现实决定，通常由您自行承担后果，除非适用法律另有规定。

You understand and agree that choices, actions, inactions, transactions, communications, relationship handling, health handling, legal handling, investment arrangements, career arrangements, or other real-world decisions made in reliance on Service content are generally your responsibility, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

10. 付款、退款与补偿的关系

本免责声明不表示平台可以拒绝所有退款或补偿。若发生重复扣款、支付成功但权益未到账、灵石未发放、报告未生成、明显技术性失败、人工批命未按承诺交付且用户不同意延期，或适用法律、Google Play 政策、退款与取消政策要求处理的情形，用户可以按照相关流程申请核查。

但用户主观不满意、认为命理判断不准、不同意 AI 或命师观点、没有采纳建议、改变主意、未使用服务、认为结果不符合期待，通常不构成退款或补偿理由，除非适用法律或专项政策另有要求。

具体规则以《退款与取消政策》为准。

10. 付款、退款與補償的關係

本免責聲明不表示平台可以拒絕所有退款或補償。若發生重複扣款、支付成功但權益未到帳、靈石未發放、報告未生成、明顯技術性失敗、人工批命未按承諾交付且使用者不同意延期，或適用法律、Google Play 政策、退款與取消政策要求處理的情形，使用者可以按照相關流程申請核查。

但使用者主觀不滿意、認為命理判斷不準、不同意 AI 或命師觀點、沒有採納建議、改變主意、未使用服務、認為結果不符合期待，通常不構成退款或補償理由，除非適用法律或專項政策另有要求。

10. Relationship with Payments, Refunds, and Compensation

This Disclaimer does not mean that the platform may refuse all refunds or compensation. If there is a duplicate charge, successful payment without entitlement delivery, Spirit Stones not credited, report not generated, obvious technical failure, Manual Master Reading not delivered as promised and the user does not agree to an extension, or circumstances requiring handling under applicable law, Google Play policies, or the Refund and Cancellation Policy, the user may request review through the relevant process.

However, subjective dissatisfaction, belief that a metaphysics assessment is inaccurate, disagreement with AI or master opinions, failure to follow advice, change of mind, non-use of the service, or belief that the result did not meet expectations generally does not constitute a reason for refund or compensation unless applicable law or a specific policy requires otherwise.

Specific rules are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

当您继续使用本服务、点击同意、生成 AI 内容、使用问童子、进行 AI 解卦、购买 AI 报告、提交人工批命订单、充值或消耗灵石时，即表示您确认：
