1. Who Collects Your Information

This Privacy Policy is issued by TAOBOY (referred to as "we", "us", or "the Platform"), and applies to the Tao Boy App (referred to as "the App" or "the Services") and the official website https://taoboy.app. We are the operator of the App and determine the purposes, scope, and methods for processing personal information. To contact us, please email support@taoboy.app.

2. Scope of this Privacy Policy

This Policy applies to all scenarios in which you access, register, log in, use, purchase, or interact through the App or official website, including:

• Creating accounts, completing profiles;
• Using AI readings, Ask Tongzi, daily insights, divination and hexagram features;
• Using Manual Master Readings, master reply services;
• Topping up, consuming Spirit Stones;
• Purchasing subscriptions, one-time purchases, premium packages;
• Contacting us through customer support channels;
• Visiting the official website.

This Policy does not apply to the privacy practices of third-party links, third-party services, or independent platforms accessible within the App (such as the Apple App Store, Google Play, Google Mobile Ads, third-party AI model providers). Those third parties manage their own privacy policies.

3. 我们收集哪些信息

3.1 账号注册信息

当您注册时，我们可能收集：手机号码（用于账号注册和登录）、电子邮件地址（用于账号注册、找回密码）、登录凭证（加密存储，不可逆）、第三方登录标识（如您选择通过 Google 等第三方账号登录）。

为生成八字命盘，我们收集用户主动提交的：出生日期（公历）、出生时间（小时精度）、出生地点（城市级）、性别（可选）、档案昵称（自定义名称）。上述信息属于您主动提供的内容，用于排盘和 AI 服务。

3.3 AI 交互内容

当您使用 AI 功能时，我们可能收集并处理：您向"问童子"提交的问题和对话内容；AI 批命生成的提示词、中间结果和最终报告；摇签结果、解签内容、AI 解卦内容；每日 AI 洞察和每日签语的生成记录；AI 追问和补充问题内容。上述内容可能被用于提供服务、质量改进和安全审计。

3.4 灵石钱包与交易信息

我们收集灵石钱包相关信息，包括：灵石余额和变动记录、充值记录（含 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 交易标识）、消费记录（含功能类型和消费金额）、退款和补偿记录、到账来源（充值、奖励、补偿等类型）。

3.5 订单与订阅信息

我们收集与订单和订阅相关的信息，包括：来自 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 的商店交易标识（transaction identifier）与原始交易标识（original transaction identifier）、商品标识（product identifier）、购买的产品类型（订阅、一次性购买、高级套餐等）、订阅状态（有效、已取消、已过期等）、购买时间、续订时间与到期时间、退款或撤销状态。我们不收集、存储或处理您的银行卡、信用卡或支付账号信息。支付由 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 按您购买时所使用的商店完成。

3.6 人工批命订单信息

当您提交人工批命订单时，我们收集：订单提交时间、产品类型和价格、命师分配信息、交付状态和时间、用户与命师的补充问题（如有）。相关命盘信息来源于您已创建的档案。

3.7 设备与日志信息

我们可能自动收集以下技术信息：APP 与设备标识符（用于防重复和风控）、平台标识（iOS / Android）、广告标识符（仅在相应平台实际可用、经许可且适用时；当前 iOS 版本不请求 App Tracking Transparency（ATT）跟踪授权，TAOBOY 应用代码也不主动访问 Apple 的广告标识符 IDFA，详见第 13 节）、IP 地址、APP 版本、操作系统版本和设备型号、网络连接类型（WiFi / 移动数据）、崩溃日志和错误报告、性能与诊断信息、用户操作日志（功能使用频次、功能路径，不含内容）、API 请求日志（用于排错和安全审计）。

3.8 客服沟通记录

当您通过 APP 内客服或邮件联系我们时，我们可能收集：您的请求内容、联系时间、沟通记录、问题类型和处理结果。这些记录用于提供服务支持、核查和改进。

3. 我們收集哪些資訊

3.1 帳號註冊資訊

當您註冊時，我們可能收集：手機號碼（用於帳號註冊和登入）、電子郵件地址（用於帳號註冊、找回密碼）、登入憑證（加密儲存，不可逆）、第三方登入標識（如您選擇透過 Google 等第三方帳號登入）。

3.2 檔案與出生資訊

為生成八字命盤，我們收集使用者主動提交的：出生日期（公曆）、出生時間（小時精度）、出生地點（城市級）、性別（可選）、檔案暱稱（自訂名稱）。上述資訊屬於您主動提供的內容，用於排盤和 AI 服務。

當您使用 AI 功能時，我們可能收集並處理：您向「問童子」提交的問題和對話內容；AI 批命生成的提示詞、中間結果和最終報告；搖籤結果、解籤內容、AI 解卦內容；每日 AI 洞察和每日籤語的生成記錄；AI 追問和補充問題內容。上述內容可能被用於提供服務、品質改進和安全審計。

3.4 靈石錢包與交易資訊

我們收集靈石錢包相關資訊，包括：靈石餘額和變動記錄、儲值記錄（含 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 交易識別碼）、消費記錄（含功能類型和消費金額）、退款和補償記錄、到帳來源（儲值、獎勵、補償等類型）。

3.5 訂單與訂閱資訊

3. What Information We Collect

3.1 Account Registration Information

When you register, we may collect: phone number (for account registration and login); email address (for account registration, password recovery); login credentials (encrypted storage, irreversible); third-party login identifiers (if you choose to log in through a third-party account such as Google).

3.2 Profile and Birth Information

To generate BaZi charts, we collect information actively submitted by users: date of birth (Gregorian calendar); time of birth (hour precision); place of birth (city level); gender (optional); profile nickname (custom name). This information is actively provided by you for use in charting and AI services.

3.3 AI Interaction Content

When you use AI features, we may collect and process: questions and conversation content you submit to Ask Tongzi; prompts, intermediate results, and final reports generated for AI readings; divination results, divination saying interpretations, AI hexagram interpretation content; generation records for daily AI insights and daily sayings; AI follow-up questions and supplementary content. This content may be used for service provision, quality improvement, and security auditing.

3.4 Spirit Stone Wallet and Transaction Information

We collect Spirit Stone wallet-related information, including: Spirit Stone balance and change records; top-up records (including Apple App Store or Google Play transaction identifiers); consumption records (including feature type and consumption amount); refund and compensation records; credit sources (top-up, reward, compensation, and other types).

3.5 Order and Subscription Information

We collect order and subscription-related information, including: the store transaction identifier and original transaction identifier from the Apple App Store or Google Play; product identifier; purchased product types (subscriptions, one-time purchases, premium packages, etc.); subscription status (active, cancelled, expired, etc.); purchase, renewal, and expiry time; refund or revocation status. We do not collect, store, or process your bank card, credit card, or payment account information. Payment is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on the store you purchase through.

3.6 Manual Master Reading Order Information

When you submit a Manual Master Reading order, we collect: order submission time; product type and price; master assignment information; delivery status and time; supplementary questions from users and masters (if any). The relevant chart information comes from profiles you have created.

3.7 Device and Log Information

We may automatically collect the following technical information: app and device identifiers (for deduplication and risk control); platform identifiers (iOS / Android); advertising identifiers (only where actually available, permitted, and applicable on the relevant platform; the current iOS version does not request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) authorization, and TAOBOY app code does not directly access Apple's Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA); see Section 13); IP address; app version, OS version, and device model; network connection type (WiFi / mobile data); crash logs and error reports; performance and diagnostic information; user action logs (feature usage frequency, feature paths, excluding content); API request logs (for debugging and security auditing).

3.8 Customer Support Communication Records

When you contact us through in-app customer support or email, we may collect: your request content; contact time; communication records; issue type and resolution outcome. These records are used for service support, review, and improvement.

4. 敏感信息的处理

如您选择不提供完整出生信息，部分 APP 功能（如命盘生成、AI 批命）可能无法使用，但不影响您访问网站法律页面、充值灵石或联系客服。

4. 敏感資訊的處理

4. Processing of Sensitive Information

We acknowledge that date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, and gender may in some circumstances constitute or closely resemble sensitive personal information. We only process this information for the following purposes: generating BaZi charts; providing AI services; providing Manual Master Reading services. We will not use this information for advertising targeting, financial scoring, insurance pricing, or other unrelated purposes. TAOBOY also does not submit charts, birth data, AI conversations, or reading reports to advertising services such as Google Mobile Ads for advertising targeting; see Section 13.

If you choose not to provide complete birth information, some App features (such as chart generation and AI readings) may be unavailable, but this will not affect your ability to access website legal pages, top up Spirit Stones, or contact customer support.

7. 广告相关：广告展示与投放、广告衡量、广告相关的防欺诈与安全、隐私与同意选择的管理，以及适用范围内的广告分析。出生资料与命盘资料不用于广告定向（见第 4 节与第 13 节）。当前 iOS 版本不主动请求个性化广告；具体广告数据处理和隐私选择见第 13 节；
8. 法律合规：响应适用法律要求、监管查询或法院命令；
9. 业务运营：分析服务使用情况、识别技术问题、规划功能开发。

5. 我們如何使用您的資訊

7. 廣告相關：廣告展示與投放、廣告衡量、廣告相關的防詐欺與安全、隱私與同意選擇的管理，以及適用範圍內的廣告分析。出生資料與命盤資料不用於廣告定向（見第 4 節與第 13 節）。目前 iOS 版本不主動要求個人化廣告；具體廣告資料處理和隱私選擇請參閱第 13 節；
8. 法律合規：響應適用法律要求、監管查詢或法院命令；
9. 業務運營：分析服務使用情況、識別技術問題、規劃功能開發。

5. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

1. Service provision: charting, AI generation, Ask Tongzi conversations, divination/hexagram interpretation, report generation, Manual Master Reading delivery, Spirit Stone wallet management, order processing;
2. Account management: registration, login, identity verification, password reset, account security;
3. Payment processing: verifying Apple App Store or Google Play purchases, managing Spirit Stone balances, processing refunds and compensation;
4. Customer support: reviewing transactions, handling refund requests, responding to user enquiries;
5. Security and risk control: detecting abnormal behaviour, preventing fraud, preventing abuse, protecting user account security;
6. Service improvement: improving AI model quality, charting accuracy, App stability, and user experience;
7. Advertising: displaying and delivering advertisements, ad measurement, advertising-related fraud prevention and security, managing privacy and consent choices, and advertising analytics where applicable. Birth data and chart data are not used for advertising targeting (see Sections 4 and 13). The current iOS version does not actively request personalised advertising; see Section 13 for advertising data processing and privacy choices;
8. Legal compliance: responding to applicable legal requirements, regulatory enquiries, or court orders;
9. Business operations: analysing service usage, identifying technical issues, planning feature development.

6. AI 服务与第三方模型

知命童子可能根据质量、安全、成本或合规需求更换或调整 AI 模型供应商，恕不另行通知。

6. AI 服務與第三方模型

知命童子使用第三方 AI 模型供應商（可能包括但不限於 OpenAI、Anthropic、Google、國內合規模型供應商等）生成 AI 內容。在 AI 服務生成過程中，部分輸入資訊（如排盤摘要、命盤結構、使用者問題）可能透過 API 傳輸至第三方 AI 服務商。

6. AI Services and Third-Party Models

Tao Boy uses third-party AI model providers (which may include but are not limited to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and domestically compliant model providers) to generate AI content. During AI service generation, some input information (such as chart summaries, chart structure, user questions) may be transmitted via API to third-party AI service providers.

We manage this risk as follows: we do not transmit information that directly identifies users (such as phone numbers, email addresses, or real names) to AI providers; we process inputs to reduce direct identifying information; we contractually restrict data use through service agreements with each AI provider.

Different AI providers may have different policies for processing input data. We recommend that users avoid entering additional sensitive personal information (such as ID numbers, financial accounts, medical diagnoses) when asking questions.

Tao Boy may change or adjust AI model providers based on quality, security, cost, or compliance needs without separate notice.

7. 信息共享

除以下情形外，我们不出售、出租、交易或以其他方式向第三方分享您的个人信息：

1. 服务提供商：向参与服务运营的服务提供商（如云服务器、短信服务、AI 模型供应商、推送服务）共享必要信息，且该类共享受保密义务约束；
2. 支付处理：通过 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 进行支付处理，Apple 与 Google 的数据处理分别受其自身隐私政策管辖；
3. 广告服务提供商：APP 内运行的 Google Mobile Ads（AdMob）会按 Google 自身的隐私政策，处理第 13 节所述的技术与广告数据；我们不向其提供出生资料、命盘、批命报告或 AI 对话内容用于广告定向；
4. 人工批命服务：命师在完成订单所需的最小范围内可查阅相关命盘资料；
5. 法律要求：响应适用法律、法规、政府要求、法院命令或监管要求；
6. 安全事件：在需要防止欺诈、调查滥用或保护用户安全的情况下；
7. 业务变更：如发生合并、收购、资产出售等情形，用户信息可能作为业务资产转移，届时将提前通知用户；
8. 您的同意：在您明确同意的其他情形下。

7. 資訊共享

除以下情形外，我們不出售、出租、交易或以其他方式向第三方分享您的個人資訊：

1. 服務提供商：向參與服務運營的服務提供商（如雲端伺服器、簡訊服務、AI 模型供應商、推播服務）共享必要資訊，且該類共享受保密義務約束；

6. 安全事件：在需要防止欺詐、調查濫用或保護使用者安全的情況下；
7. 業務變更：如發生合併、收購、資產出售等情形，使用者資訊可能作為業務資產轉移，屆時將提前通知使用者；
8. 您的同意：在您明確同意的其他情形下。

7. Information Sharing

Except in the following circumstances, we do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties:

1. Service providers: sharing necessary information with service providers involved in service operations (such as cloud servers, SMS services, AI model providers, push notification services), subject to confidentiality obligations;
2. Payment processing: payment processing through the Apple App Store or Google Play; Apple's and Google's data processing are each governed by their own privacy policies;
3. Advertising provider: Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) runs inside the App and processes the technical and advertising data described in Section 13 under Google's own privacy policy; we do not provide it with birth data, charts, reading reports, or AI conversation content for advertising targeting;
4. Manual Master Reading services: masters may access relevant chart data within the minimum scope needed to fulfil the order;
5. Legal requirements: responding to applicable laws, regulations, government requirements, court orders, or regulatory requirements;
6. Security incidents: where necessary to prevent fraud, investigate abuse, or protect user safety;
7. Business changes: in the event of a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or similar transaction, user information may be transferred as a business asset; users will be notified in advance;
8. Your consent: in other circumstances where you have given explicit consent.

We implement reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your personal information, including: transmission encryption (HTTPS/TLS); password hash storage (irreversible); access control and audit logs; database security configuration; API access authentication. We regularly assess security risks and improve security measures.

Please note that no security measure is absolutely reliable. In the event of a data security incident affecting users' personal information, we will notify affected users and/or relevant regulatory authorities as required by applicable law.

9. Storage, Retention, and Deletion

We store your information on secure servers. Retention periods for different types of information are as follows:

• Account and profile information: retained for the duration of the account; necessary information retained after account deletion as required by law;
• AI interaction records: typically retained for a period for quality improvement and customer support review, then may be anonymised or deleted;
• Spirit Stone and transaction records: retained for financial compliance and legal requirements, typically not less than 3–7 years;
• Log information: typically retained for 3–12 months, based on security audit needs;
• Customer support records: retained for support quality improvement and legal requirements.

If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal information, except for information that must be retained by law.

Because the App serves Chinese-speaking users worldwide, your information may be transferred to server locations in connection with service operations, cloud services, or AI services (which may include Australia, the United States, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, or other countries/regions). We manage cross-border transfer risks through measures including entering into data protection agreements with service providers.

The Tao Boy service is intended for users aged 18 or older, or who have reached the legal age of majority in their location. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we discover that personal information of a minor has been collected, we will take steps to delete it. If you believe we hold information about a minor, please contact us at support@taoboy.app.

13. Advertising and Google Mobile Ads

The Tao Boy App may display advertisements using Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). We currently use Google's advertising services only and have not integrated any other mediation advertising networks.

Depending on the actual configuration, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may process technical data while you use the App, including IP address, approximate location inferred from the IP address, device and app identifiers, advertising identifiers where actually available and permitted, advertisements shown, ad impressions and interactions, App interaction information, crash and diagnostic information, and performance data. Google processes this data under its own privacy practices.

This technical data may be used for ad display and delivery, frequency capping, advertising measurement and aggregated reporting, fraud prevention and security, diagnostics and analytics, and other advertising-related processing permitted by applicable law and your privacy choices.

iOS Advertising and App Tracking Transparency (ATT): The current iOS version does not request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) authorization, and TAOBOY app code does not directly access Apple's Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA). The current iOS advertising configuration does not actively request personalised advertising. Depending on your region, privacy choices, and Google's ad-serving rules, Google may serve non-personalised ads, limited ads, or other forms of ad delivery consistent with the applicable privacy choices. Non-personalised ads are not targeted based on your past behaviour, although Google Mobile Ads may still process local storage, device or app identifiers, and other technical data under Google's privacy practices for purposes such as frequency capping, aggregated advertising reporting, fraud prevention, security, and diagnostics.

Separation between destiny data and advertising: date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, gender, and chart data are used only for charting and related TAOBOY services, and are not used for advertising targeting. TAOBOY does not currently actively link user or device data collected from this App with data from other companies' apps, websites, or offline properties for cross-app or cross-site advertising targeting or advertising measurement that would require Apple ATT authorization. TAOBOY also does not actively provide TAOBOY user identifiers, birth information, charts, reading reports, or AI conversation content to Google Mobile Ads for advertising targeting, and does not provide precise location data to the advertising SDK.

If we later enable tracking that requires ATT authorization or directly access the IDFA, we will update the relevant privacy disclosures before enabling that functionality and request the authorization required by Apple.

Your advertising privacy choices: In applicable regions, the App may present privacy or advertising choices through the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP). Whether such a screen appears and what it contains depends on your region, applicable regulations, Google's privacy-message configuration, and your previous choices, and may differ between regions. You may also use your device privacy settings and Google's advertising settings to manage applicable device-level or Google-account-level privacy choices. These settings may operate separately from the privacy choices you make through UMP within this App.

The official website may use cookies or similar technologies to maintain page sessions and basic functionality. The App itself does not use browser cookies, but the App and the third-party SDKs it integrates may use platform identifiers, local storage, or similar mechanisms to support functionality, usage analytics, and advertising-related processing. We may use third-party analytics services (such as Firebase Analytics) to collect usage data. What advertising and analytics SDKs actually process depends on your privacy choices, device permissions, and the SDK configuration. You can manage relevant permissions through device settings; for advertising-related privacy choices, see Section 13.
