1. 灵石是什么
灵石(Spirit Stone)是知命童子 APP 内的虚拟权益单位,专用于在 APP 内解锁特定 AI 功能和其他增值服务。灵石具有以下性质:
- 灵石不是法定货币,不代表任何形式的现金价值;
- 灵石不可兑换为现金、银行账户资金或任何其他货币形式;
- 灵石不可转让给其他用户;
- 灵石不可赠送给其他用户;
- 灵石仅在知命童子 APP 内有效,不可用于其他应用或平台;
- 灵石的价值、用途和规则以本规则及 APP 内当前展示为准。
1. 靈石是什麼
靈石(Spirit Stone)是知命童子 APP 內的虛擬權益單位,專用於在 APP 內解鎖特定 AI 功能和其他增值服務。靈石具有以下性質:
- 靈石不是法定貨幣,不代表任何形式的現金價值;
- 靈石不可兌換為現金、銀行帳戶資金或任何其他貨幣形式;
- 靈石不可轉讓給其他使用者;
- 靈石不可贈送給其他使用者;
- 靈石僅在知命童子 APP 內有效,不可用於其他應用或平台;
- 靈石的價值、用途和規則以本規則及 APP 內當前展示為準。
1. What Are Spirit Stones
Spirit Stones are virtual entitlement units within the Tao Boy App, used exclusively to unlock specific AI features and other value-added services within the App. Spirit Stones have the following characteristics:
- Spirit Stones are not legal tender and do not represent cash value in any form;
- Spirit Stones cannot be redeemed for cash, bank funds, or any other monetary form;
- Spirit Stones cannot be transferred to other users;
- Spirit Stones cannot be gifted to other users;
- Spirit Stones are only valid within the Tao Boy App and cannot be used in other apps or platforms;
- The value, uses, and rules for Spirit Stones are as set out in these Rules and as currently displayed in the App.

已注册知命童子账号的用户可使用灵石钱包。游客用户无法充值灵石,部分免费灵石奖励可能也仅限注册用户。如您尚未注册账号,请先完成注册。

2. Who Can Use Spirit Stones
Users who have registered a Tao Boy account may use the Spirit Stone wallet. Guest users cannot top up Spirit Stones; some free Spirit Stone rewards may also be limited to registered users. If you have not yet registered an account, please complete registration first.
3. 灵石的用途
灵石可用于解锁以下 APP 内服务(具体可用功能以 APP 内当前展示为准):
- AI Lite 批命、AI 标准版批命、AI 高级版批命;
- 问童子 AI 问答追问;
- AI 解卦、AI 解签;
- 每日 AI 洞察(部分版本);
- 平台后续推出的其他灵石消费功能。
灵石不可用于:购买订阅(订阅通过 Google Play 单独计费);人工批命(人工批命通过 Google Play 单独购买);提现;转账。

3. What Spirit Stones Can Be Used For
Spirit Stones may be used to unlock the following in-app services (specific available features as currently displayed in the App):
- AI Lite readings, AI Standard readings, AI Premium readings;
- Ask Tongzi AI Q&A follow-up questions;
- AI divination interpretation, AI saying interpretation;
- Daily AI insights (some versions);
- Other Spirit Stone consumption features launched by the platform in future.
Spirit Stones cannot be used for: purchasing subscriptions (subscriptions are billed separately through Google Play); Manual Master Readings (purchased separately through Google Play); cash withdrawal; transfers.

- APP 内充值:通过 Google Play 在 APP 内购买灵石充值包,这是获得灵石的主要方式;
- 平台奖励:平台可能通过活动、签到、首次注册、功能体验等方式赠送灵石;
- 补偿灵石:因平台服务问题,平台可能向受影响用户补偿灵石;
- 优惠券 / 服务券:通过活动获得的服务券,可在有效期内等价消费。

靈石可透過以下方式獲得:
- APP 內儲值:透過 Google Play 在 APP 內購買靈石儲值包,這是獲得靈石的主要方式;
- 平台獎勵:平台可能透過活動、簽到、首次註冊、功能體驗等方式贈送靈石;
- 補償靈石:因平台服務問題,平台可能向受影響使用者補償靈石;
- 優惠券 / 服務券:透過活動獲得的服務券,可在有效期內等價消費。
4. How to Obtain Spirit Stones
Spirit Stones may be obtained through the following means:
- In-app top-up: purchasing Spirit Stone top-up packages in the App through Google Play — this is the primary way to obtain Spirit Stones;
- Platform rewards: the platform may award Spirit Stones through campaigns, daily check-ins, first registration, feature trials, and similar means;
- Compensation Spirit Stones: the platform may compensate affected users with Spirit Stones due to platform service issues;
- Coupons / service vouchers: service vouchers obtained through campaigns may be used as equivalent value within their validity period.
5. 灵石来源、有效期与统一消费
灵石钱包中可能同时存在不同来源的灵石(如充值灵石、奖励灵石、补偿灵石)。不同来源的灵石可能具有不同的有效期:
- 充值灵石:通常长期有效,具体以 APP 内充值说明为准;
- 奖励灵石:可能设有有效期,具体以活动说明为准;
- 补偿灵石:具体有效期以补偿通知为准;
- 优惠券 / 服务券:以券面有效期为准。
消费时,系统通常优先消费有效期较短的灵石,以保护用户权益。具体消费顺序以 APP 内说明或账单记录为准。
5. 靈石來源、有效期與統一消費
靈石錢包中可能同時存在不同來源的靈石(如儲值靈石、獎勵靈石、補償靈石)。不同來源的靈石可能具有不同的有效期:
- 儲值靈石:通常長期有效,具體以 APP 內儲值說明為準;
- 獎勵靈石:可能設有有效期,具體以活動說明為準;
- 補償靈石:具體有效期以補償通知為準;
- 優惠券 / 服務券:以券面有效期為準。
消費時,系統通常優先消費有效期較短的靈石,以保護使用者權益。具體消費順序以 APP 內說明或帳單記錄為準。
5. Sources, Validity, and Unified Consumption
The Spirit Stone wallet may contain Spirit Stones from different sources simultaneously (such as top-up Spirit Stones, reward Spirit Stones, compensation Spirit Stones). Different sources may have different validity periods:
- Top-up Spirit Stones: generally valid long-term, specific details as per in-app top-up description;
- Reward Spirit Stones: may have validity periods, specific details as per campaign description;
- Compensation Spirit Stones: specific validity as per compensation notice;
- Coupons / service vouchers: as per the validity stated on the voucher.
When consuming, the system generally deducts Spirit Stones with shorter validity first, to protect user interests. Specific consumption order is as per in-app descriptions or billing records.

通过 Google Play 完成支付后,灵石通常在支付成功后立即或数分钟内到账。如发生支付成功但灵石未到账的情况,请先等待 30 分钟后重新检查;如仍未到账,请通过客服渠道提交支付凭证申请核查。
到账延迟可能由以下原因造成:Google Play 支付确认延迟、网络连接问题、APP 与服务器同步延迟。到账延迟本身通常不属于退款事由,但如支付成功确认后 24 小时内仍未到账,请联系客服。
6. 儲值到帳
透過 Google Play 完成支付後,靈石通常在支付成功後立即或數分鐘內到帳。如發生支付成功但靈石未到帳的情況,請先等待 30 分鐘後重新檢查;如仍未到帳,請透過客服管道提交支付憑證申請核查。
到帳延遲可能由以下原因造成:Google Play 支付確認延遲、網路連接問題、APP 與伺服器同步延遲。到帳延遲本身通常不屬於退款事由,但如支付成功確認後 24 小時內仍未到帳,請聯絡客服。
6. Top-Up Crediting
After completing payment through Google Play, Spirit Stones are generally credited immediately or within a few minutes of successful payment. If payment is successful but Spirit Stones have not been credited, please wait 30 minutes and check again; if still not credited, please submit payment proof through customer support to request review.
Crediting delays may be caused by: Google Play payment confirmation delays; network connection issues; App-to-server synchronisation delays. Crediting delays alone generally do not constitute refund grounds, but if Spirit Stones have not been credited within 24 hours of confirmed successful payment, please contact customer support.

灵石在您使用相关功能时扣除。具体消费规则:
- 每次消费的灵石数量以 APP 内功能入口展示为准;
- 灵石在功能请求发起时扣除(而非功能完成后);
- 如因技术原因导致功能未正常交付(非主观不满意),可申请补偿;
- 消费记录可在 APP 内灵石账单中查看;
- 灵石余额为实时余额,不足时无法使用需消费灵石的功能。

- 靈石餘額為即時餘額,不足時無法使用需消費靈石的功能。
7. Consumption and Deduction
Spirit Stones are deducted when you use relevant features. Specific consumption rules:
- The number of Spirit Stones consumed per use is as displayed at the feature entry point in the App;
- Spirit Stones are deducted when a feature request is initiated (not after feature completion);
- If a feature is not properly delivered due to technical reasons (not subjective dissatisfaction), compensation may be requested;
- Consumption records can be viewed in the Spirit Stone billing section within the App;
- Spirit Stone balance is a real-time balance; features requiring Spirit Stones cannot be used when the balance is insufficient.
8. 灵石返还与补偿券
灵石返还或补偿的情形包括:AI 报告生成失败(空白输出、严重乱码、系统错误)且已扣除灵石;重复扣费(同一操作扣除了多次灵石);平台系统维护期间的服务中断导致功能未正常交付。灵石返还通常以补偿灵石形式发放,而非退款至 Google Play。补偿灵石以服务券或直接入账方式提供,有效期以补偿通知为准。
不触发灵石返还的情形:用户主观不满意 AI 输出内容;认为命理判断不准确;不同意 AI 或命师观点;报告已生成但用户未查看。

靈石返還或補償的情形包括:AI 報告生成失敗(空白輸出、嚴重亂碼、系統錯誤)且已扣除靈石;重複扣費(同一操作扣除了多次靈石);平台系統維護期間的服務中斷導致功能未正常交付。靈石返還通常以補償靈石形式發放,而非退款至 Google Play。補償靈石以服務券或直接入帳方式提供,有效期以補償通知為準。
不觸發靈石返還的情形:使用者主觀不滿意 AI 輸出內容;認為命理判斷不準確;不同意 AI 或命師觀點;報告已生成但使用者未查看。
8. Returns and Compensation Vouchers
Circumstances for Spirit Stone return or compensation include: AI report generation failure (blank output, severe garbling, system error) with Spirit Stones already deducted; duplicate deduction (Spirit Stones deducted multiple times for the same operation); service interruption during platform system maintenance causing features not to be delivered properly. Spirit Stone returns are generally provided as compensation Spirit Stones rather than refunds to Google Play. Compensation Spirit Stones are provided as service vouchers or direct credits; validity as per compensation notice.
Circumstances that do not trigger Spirit Stone returns: user subjective dissatisfaction with AI output; belief that metaphysics assessments are inaccurate; disagreement with AI or master opinions; report was generated but user did not view it.

灵石充值是通过 Google Play 完成的应用内购买,适用 Google Play 的退款政策。具体而言:
- 购买灵石充值包并充值到账后,通常不予退款(已使用灵石不予退款);
- 购买后未到账、重复扣款、系统错误等技术性问题,可申请退款或补偿;
- Google Play 可能允许在特定条件下(如购买后 48 小时内未使用)申请退款,具体以 Google Play 政策为准;
- 如通过 Google Play 申请退款成功,对应充值的灵石可能被从账户中扣除。

靈石儲值是透過 Google Play 完成的應用內購買,適用 Google Play 的退款政策。具體而言:
- 購買靈石儲值包並儲值到帳後,通常不予退款(已使用靈石不予退款);
- 購買後未到帳、重複扣款、系統錯誤等技術性問題,可申請退款或補償;
- Google Play 可能允許在特定條件下(如購買後 48 小時內未使用)申請退款,具體以 Google Play 政策為準;
- 如透過 Google Play 申請退款成功,對應儲值的靈石可能被從帳戶中扣除。
9. Top-Up Refunds and Google Play Policy
Spirit Stone top-ups are in-app purchases completed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's refund policy. Specifically:
- After purchasing a Spirit Stone top-up package and receiving the credits, refunds are generally not provided (Spirit Stones already used are not refunded);
- Technical issues such as non-crediting after purchase, duplicate charges, or system errors may be eligible for refund or compensation;
- Google Play may allow refund requests under certain conditions (such as within 48 hours of purchase without use); specific conditions are as per Google Play policy;
- If a refund through Google Play is approved, the corresponding Spirit Stones may be deducted from the account.
10. 账号注销与灵石余额
账号注销后:
- 未使用的充值灵石余额通常不予退款,除非适用法律另有规定;
- 所有未过期的灵石(包括奖励灵石、补偿灵石)将随账号数据一并处理;
- 账号注销不自动取消 Google Play 订阅,请在注销前通过 Google Play 管理页面取消订阅;
- 建议在注销前核查灵石余额,并决定是否使用完毕或申请退款。

帳號登出後:
- 未使用的儲值靈石餘額通常不予退款,除非適用法律另有規定;
- 所有未過期的靈石(包括獎勵靈石、補償靈石)將隨帳號資料一併處理;
- 帳號登出不自動取消 Google Play 訂閱,請在登出前透過 Google Play 管理頁面取消訂閱;
- 建議在登出前核查靈石餘額,並決定是否使用完畢或申請退款。

10. Account Deletion and Spirit Stone Balance
After account deletion:
- Unused top-up Spirit Stone balances are generally not refunded, unless required by applicable law;
- All unexpired Spirit Stones (including reward and compensation Spirit Stones) will be processed with account data;
- Account deletion does not automatically cancel Google Play subscriptions; please cancel subscriptions through Google Play management pages before deleting your account;
- We recommend reviewing your Spirit Stone balance before deletion and deciding whether to use them up or apply for a refund.
If consumer protection laws in your location require refunds for unused prepaid virtual entitlements, please contact us at support@taoboy.app; we will assess and handle in accordance with applicable law.

为保护所有用户的正当权益,平台实施灵石风控机制。以下行为可能触发风控限制:
- 通过技术手段(如 API 篡改、模拟器脚本、数据包注入)操纵灵石余额;
- 利用异常退款行为(如反复充值退款)获取免费灵石;
- 注册多个账号以累积免费灵石奖励;
- 将账号出租或出售给他人;
- 其他违反本规则或《用户使用条款》的行为。
触发风控的后果可能包括:灵石账户限制、充值功能限制、账号暂停或注销、通过技术手段获取的异常灵石被撤销。

- 透過技術手段(如 API 篡改、模擬器腳本、資料包注入)操縱靈石餘額;

- 將帳號出租或出售給他人;
- 其他違反本規則或《使用者使用條款》的行為。
觸發風控的後果可能包括:靈石帳戶限制、儲值功能限制、帳號暫停或登出、透過技術手段獲取的異常靈石被撤銷。
11. Risk Control and Abuse
To protect the legitimate interests of all users, the platform implements Spirit Stone risk control mechanisms. The following behaviours may trigger risk control restrictions:
- Manipulating Spirit Stone balances through technical means (such as API tampering, emulator scripts, packet injection);
- Using abnormal refund behaviour (such as repeated top-up and refund) to obtain free Spirit Stones;
- Registering multiple accounts to accumulate free Spirit Stone rewards;
- Renting or selling accounts to others;
- Other behaviour violating these Rules or the Terms of Use.
Consequences of triggering risk control may include: Spirit Stone account restrictions; top-up feature restrictions; account suspension or deletion; revocation of abnormal Spirit Stones obtained through technical means.

12. Price and Exchange Rate Changes
Spirit Stone top-up package prices are as displayed on Google Play for your region and may vary based on region, currency exchange rates, and Google Play policies. The platform reserves the right to adjust Spirit Stone top-up package prices, bonus ratios, and feature consumption amounts; notice will be provided in advance in the App or on the official website. Price adjustments do not affect the use of already-credited Spirit Stone balances.

13. Transaction Records and Billing
You can view Spirit Stone income and consumption records on the Spirit Stone billing page within the App, including: top-up crediting records; reward and compensation records; consumption records for each feature; current balance. If you believe a billing record is incorrect, please submit a review request through customer support within 30 days of discovery.

14. Relationship with Other Policies
These Rules form part of the Terms of Use. Refund rules related to these Rules are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy; personal information processing rules are governed by the Privacy Policy; metaphysics service disclaimers are governed by the AI and Metaphysics Disclaimer. If these Rules conflict with the above documents, the more specific provision in the relevant document should apply.

15. Rule Changes
The platform reserves the right to revise these Rules; revisions will be announced in the App or on the official website. Significant changes (such as changes to Spirit Stone validity rules or major consumption ratios) will be announced at least 7 days in advance. Continued use of Spirit Stone features after revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Rules.

本附录为内部实现参考,不作为用户合同条款。
- 灵石充值需基于 Google Play 购买凭证幂等处理,防止重复到账;
- 灵石消费需保证事务原子性,扣除失败应回滚;
- 灵石账单记录应包含来源类型(top_up / reward / compensation / coupon)、金额、时间戳和关联操作 ID;
- 风控异常灵石的撤销需有独立的操作日志和审批记录;
- 用户删除账号时,应在数据删除前记录最终灵石快照用于合规留存。
